Mr. Aloysius P. Fernandez,Founder Chairperson is M. A., L.Ph. and B.PH (University of Louvain, Belgium) He has also done a special Diploma in Development studies from University of Oxford, U.K., and another Diploma in Sociology and Research Methodology, from University of Louvain, Belgium. He is, currently, the Executive Director of MYRADA, a premier NGO of India. He was recently conferred 'Padmashree' - one of the prestigious civilian Awards - by the President of India.

Mr. Ramesh Ramanathan, Vice Chairman, has Master's Degree in Public and Private Management from the Yale school of Management and is an M.Sc(Hons) in Physics from BITS, Pilani. Besides, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He was formerly MD for European Head for Structured Products, Citibank N.A., New York, and is, currently, the programme co-ordinator for " Janaagraha", a citizens' movement to create a " Better Bangalore"

Ms.Rohini Nilekani a renowned journalist and a philanthropic business woman from Bangalore, has provided Sanghamithra with a initial fund required for supporting its urban programme.

Mr. William D' Souza, Vice Chairman, is a commerce graduate from University of Mysore. He has been working in the area of promoting sAgs and other relative areas for about 30 years past.

Ms Yasmin Master, Director, has Indian Dairy Diploma (AH) from National Dairy Research Institute. She is working with MYRADA as Programme Officer coordinating activities of 5 projects in various locations.

Ms Vidya Ramachandran, Director, has MA degree in Social work and M. Phil degree in Psychiatric social work. She is a former vice - chair of Friends of Women's World Banking and is in the NGO sector for over two decades. She, too, works in Myrada as a Program Officer

Mr.Doraiswami Ashok is a B.Tech and MBA is specialized in Marketing and Systems. He has 27 years experience in leading Management Consulting & IT organizations. Have started up and headed consultancy offices and practices. Responsible for strategizing on service areas to be offered and entering in to strategic alliances. Being a profit center head, have been responsible for all areas relating to strategy, business development, engagement staffing and execution, office administration, recruitment, training and appraisal.

Presently, he is working as Executive Vice President-Siemens Information Ltd., Bangalore. He started a new division called Select Vertical Markets, with a view to globally providing Consulting and IT solutions to companies in the Manufacturing, Utilities and Public Sector & Financial Services domains.

Prof.M.S.Sriram- B.Com, M.E.S, B’lore University 1982, fellow Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore 1992, from the Centre for Agriculture and Rural Development in IIM-B. Fellowship dissertation was on building a bankruptcy prediction model for co-operatives using the accounting data of village level co-operatives. Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM) from Institute of Rural Management, Anand(IRMA, 1984).
